The Revo Half Moon is a reliable, sturdy and practical two bedroom timber home. It has modern features without overcomplicating things which greatly keeps the construction budget down. Basic materials and an ordered structure are used to create a clean, simple environment and combine affordability with nominal maintenance.
Everyone assumes that a timber frame house is more expensive but that’s not necessarily true. Time plays a large role in building costs and can often be dragged out by a number of different jobs that need to be done to get a building erected. Bricks-and-mortar homes take longer to build due to their nature. For example, once a timber frame building is up, the interior finishes can be started immediately unlike in a brick building were drying out and finishing are important.
